Kennedy PTSA’s Statement in Response to Safety Concerns

Last week, a number of safety concerns happened on Jan. 23, 2025 that forced the school to go into a shelter-in-place and a lockdown due to reports of a gun on school grounds. We are taking a stand to ask MCPS to do better by Kennedy. Please read our statement below:
